HOW SUPPLIED/STORAGE AND HANDLING:

STORE AT 20°C TO 25°C (68°F TO 77°F). AVOID EXCESSIVE HEAT AND DO NOT FREEZE. THE CONTAINER CLOSURE OF MEDICATION IS NOT MADE WITH NATURAL RUBBER LATEX.

There have also been reports of adverse reactions associated with demyelination, and ascending peripheral neuropathies similar in appearance to Guillain-Barré syndrome

DOSAGE

Heparin 25000 IU/mL comes in the form of a solution for intravenous administration. Heparin is injected 1 to 6 times daily and sometimes given as a slow continuous injection in the vein. Adult Dosage. The recommended adult dose of ARRANON is 1500 mg/m² administered intravenously over 2 hours on Days 1, 3, and 5 repeated every 21 days. Administer ARRANON undiluted.
How long is nelarabine infusion?
The appropriate dose of nelarabine must be transferred into polyvinylchloride (PVC) or ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) infusion bags or glass containers and administered intravenously as a two-hour infusion in adult patients and as a one-hour infusion in paediatric patients.
