Darunavir, Ritonavir Tablet is an antiviral combination of medicine that belongs to the category of protease inhibitors. The protease enzyme forms the final protein structure of the HIV. Darunavir and Ritonavir works by inhibiting the action of protease enzymes and leads to the formation of HIV proteins with poor morphology. This, in turn, stops the replication of the virus.

Uses of Darunavir + Ritonavir

Darunavir, Ritonavir has been developed to treat Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1). Darunavir, Ritonavir Tablet is indicated as a complete regimen for treating adults and children older than 3 years of age, infected with HIV 1.

Darunavir + Ritonavir Dosage available

Darunavir, Ritonavir is available as film coated tablets consisting of 600mg of Darunavir and 100mg of Ritonavir. The usual recommended dosage of this combination regimen is one tablet everyday with or without food.
